Bell Tree Services is run by Dominic Bell, based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the address or postcode of the job and your message. If you call, text or email us instead (including any photos you send), we hold whatever you give us then.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, send you a quote and carry out any work you book. That's it. We don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our email by a form-processing service (Web3Forms), which passes them on and doesn't use them for anything else. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Neither sets tracking cookies for this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Details for work we've carried out are kept for 6 years, as we're required to for tax and insurance records.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email belltreeservices@gmail.com or call 07799 335 202. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't load anything from third-party servers: fonts and images are served from the site itself. The only outside connection is the form service when you press send.
